I’ve been working at home for a while now, and I’ve seen the results. I think it is a p? Loss of money to go to the gym, although the results are much more? S slow to display. ? What? do you think? You think that works? I forgot? to say, do not have computers at home. I just do regular crunches, legs and stuff like that works on my own. =) I feel well toned
I run 2 miles a day, then I have a bow flex at home!! I look good, so yes being a single mom with limited time, its a great thing!!
YOU JUST SAID IT DID!!!!!!!!!
WHERE IS THE QUESTION?
I work out at home and walk + play tennis. I wouldn’t mind being able to use the machines at the gym to tone up, but by working out at home, I know I’ve incorporated it into my every day life. I don’t have to go anywhere to exercise, so that’s a good thing.
Keep up the good work.
I think the biggest trouble with working out at home is staying disciplined and continuing to use the equipment. If you can keep it from turning into a place to hang up your clothes, then I think you’ll do okay.
i agree with you i am doing the same thing. Smart huh?
I find it easier to make time to workout using my fitness center at my apartment community rather than taking the time to drive to a gym and pay for it.
You are only going to get so far physically working out at home. But it comes down to ones’ personality. I can’t work out at home. I get distracted by anything and everything. I’ll do the dishes, vacuum the floor, turn on the tv, surf the net, etc, anything to avoid exercise. But get me in the gym and I’ll be there 2-3 hours.
Whenever I go visiting I find most houses are filled with dusty equipment and stationary bikes used as clothing racks.
Im much happier working out at home than going to the gym. I walk for one hour everyday, do my crunches, sit ups and dumb bells and it works GREAT! by walking, you get fresh air and a clear mind watching trees and birds singing. Unlike in the gym its not healthy bec of the air condition, the equipments are not sanitized. Btw, I lose weight faster at home than going to the gym.
